By using 2GET2U, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. Short and straight.
Orders
- Provide accurate contact and shipping information.
- All prices are in EUR. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.
- Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent by email.
- Drops are limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
Communications
- Marketing emails are sent only to confirmed subscribers.
- Transactional emails cover purchases and shipping updates.
Returns & right of withdrawal
If you’re in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 daysof receiving it — no reason needed (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; Italian Codice del Consumo, artt. 52–59).
- To withdraw, tell us within 14 days of delivery: email ssota@2get2u.com with your order number, or use the model form below.
- Then send the item back within 14 days, unworn and with the tags attached.
- We refund you within 14 days of being told, to your original payment method.
- You cover the cost of returning the item.
Model withdrawal form— copy, fill in, and send to ssota@2get2u.com:
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [item(s)]. Ordered / received on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].”
Faulty or wrong items
Everything is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years (Codice del Consumo). If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email ssota@2get2u.comand we’ll repair, replace, or refund it. Return postage for a faulty item is on us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here.
